The Firepit patio

The client requested a entertaining area with cooking facilities.The area is in full sun allowing some exciting planting of semi tropical plants.
Seating for up to 15 people was required but there was not the space for garden furniture. The remedy? Build the retaining walls at a suitable height for sitting. And to finish, a culinary herb border next to the barbecue.
